Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions under which the watch can be returned:
- Unused (no scratches or stains)
- The length of the watch strap has not been adjusted
- No damages to the box
- All included items (replacement strap, International guarantee, and other accessories) are in unused condition
- All protective tapes have not been removed
Conditions under which the watch cannot be returned:
- Discounted items
- Items purchased with gift cards
- Items sent back without requesting a return
- Items that have been in your possession for more than 14 days since receipt

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your items will need to be sent to our warehouse in Japan.
Please note that any return shipping fees and applicable customs duties are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You can always contact us for any questions regarding returns on our Contact page.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have received defective item(s), damaged item(s) or the wrong item(s); so we can promptly address and rectify any damages and issues.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item(s) you have purchased, and once the return request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
