Membership registration (free) is required to shop at our store.
Please request strap adjustments at a nearby watch retailer or repair shop.

Delivery Methods

Delivery company : DHL

Delivery methods : We will deliver using DHL's Express Service. Packaging will include the use of double cartons designed for international shipping.

Postage : Paid
* You will see it displayed on the checkout screen when making a purchase, so please check there.

Delivery possible areas : North America, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore.

After placing your order, we will deliver it to you within 10 days via international shipping. Please note that there might be delays due to customs clearance and weather conditions, so please be aware of this possibility.

Payment Methods

As we continue to expand our sales to different territories, it's important to note that the available payment methods may vary. Consequently, each country may have its own unique payment options.
VISA, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal are accepted. In addition North America supports ApplePay and Discover, Singapore supports GrabPay SG and UnionPay, Thailand supports Diners, Philippines supports GCash.

Cancellations and Returns

For cancellations (returns) due to customer preferences, please contact the with ORIENT STAR Contact Center within 14 days after delivery. Please note that this applies only to unused and unworn items. Please understand that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of defective items or other issues, please also contact us within 14 days (here). We will arrange for return shipping at our expense.
