Please request strap adjustments at a nearby watch retailer or repair shop.
Delivery Methods
Delivery company : FedEx
Delivery methods : We will deliver using FedEx's International Priority Express Shipments (IPE). Packaging will include the use of double cartons designed for international shipping.
Postage : Paid

Delivery possible areas : North America.
After placing your order, we will deliver it to you within 10 days via international shipping. Please note that there might be delays due to customs clearance and weather conditions, so please be aware of this possibility.
Delivery Notice: *If you receive instructions from FedEx regarding payment of import taxes (duties, etc.) before delivery, please follow FedEx's guidance for handling the payment.

Cancellations and Returns
For cancellations (returns) due to customer preferences, please contact the with ORIENT STAR Contact Center within 14 days after delivery. Please note that this applies only to unused and unworn items. Please understand that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of defective items or other issues, please also contact us within 14 days (here). We will arrange for return shipping at our expense.
