M45(Pleiades)
"Pleiades" refers to the open star cluster of Taurus observed in the eastern skies in early winter. With its white light tinged with blue, it has been used to mark the time and seasons, and its beautiful scenes are mentioned in a passage from the Pillow Book, a collection of essays written in the mid-Heian period more than 1,000 years ago in Japan.
The mysterious star cluster "M45 (Pleiades)" that colors the night sky is expressed on a novel blue gradation dial, inviting you to the romance of the universe that has fascinated people since ancient times.

<Dial>
The painted dial is coated with wrapping that is thicker and more transparent than normal clear coating, giving the blue gradation dial the depth of the night sky. The surface of the dial is stamped with patterns which change expressions depending on the angle from which light enters and creates a scene of twinkling stars.
<Index>
On the outer side of three-dimensional roman indices are gold-coloured accents, reminiscent of the stars shining particularly bright in the M45 Pleiades
<Hands>
The vapour-plated blue hour and minute hands blend in with the night sky, while the mirror and hairline finishes add legibility.
<Case>
The case is made of high-quality stainless steel (SUS316L) and set off with deep black plating, evoking the night sky unchanged since ancient times.
